What are live sales?
- Our live sales are hosted on Instagram Live, and function like an auction. We show you the crystals we have for sale, and you bid in the comments for the ones you’d like to add to your collection.
How often do you host sales?
- We host live sales on Instagram Live on Saturdays from 8–11 p.m. EST. It’s always a great time, and we love interacting with all of you! Come for the crystals, stay for Cale’s dad jokes.
How do I attend a sale?
- To attend one of our Instagram Live sales, visit Instagram on Saturdays from 8–11 p.m. EST and go to our profile @beingcrystalsandgifts. Tap on our profile photo to join the Live! You will be able to see us and communicate with us via the chat.
How do I purchase a crystal I have successfully bid on?
- If you have won a crystal during one of our sales, we will invoice you for the crystal on Sunday, and you can pay right here on our website using the custom listing we created for you. Payment is due the following Wednesday, and all customers who pay on time are automatically entered in a giveaway! The winner is drawn at the next live sale.
What if I'd prefer to pay through PayPal?
- If you are interested in purchasing a crystal via PayPal, you will be unable to do so through our site. However, you can find the crystal's listing on our Facebook Marketplace shop, where you will be able to utilize your usual PayPal information if you are a Facebook Pay or Google Pay user.
How does shipping work?
- We ship using flat-rate boxes, which means that you can purchase heavy crystals without driving up the cost of shipping. Shipping is $15, and we are happy to keep an “open box” for you for up to six weeks in order to maximize your shipping! You can drop into any Instagram Live sales during that time, bid on crystals, and have them added to your box.
What days do you ship?
- We ship on Thursdays. Local customers can pick up their orders at Salon 6 in Broad Ripple, Indianapolis, Indiana, beginning on Tuesdays.
