Live Sale Rules and Shipping Policies

Live Sale Rules

We host live sales on Friday evenings from 7–10 p.m. EST on Instagram Live. During the sale, we will present a series of crystals available for purchase, which you can claim by commenting “claim” plus the price and name of the crystal. For example, if a fluorite crystal is being offered for $75, you would comment “claim fluorite 75.”

The person who receives the crystal will be the first claim we see on our screen. Please note that the first comment we see might not be the same as the first comment you see. We prioritize the first comment that appears to us and are not responsible for the prioritization that Instagram chooses on your account.

After the sale ends, listings will go up on our website, beingcrystals.com, by Sunday at 10 p.m. Payment is due by Tuesday at 10 p.m. and orders will be shipped out on Thursday. Please see the “Shipping” section of these policies for more information.

If live sale orders are not claimed and paid for on our website by Tuesday at 10 p.m., the listing will be removed and returned to our inventory. You will not be able to claim the crystal after this point in time.

 

Shipping

We ship with the US Postal Service for all packages. All shipments use flat-rate boxes. Our flat rate prices are: 

• $10 for a small box
• $15 for a medium box

Orders over $100 receive free shipping. 

Returns and Refunds
